Java Team Leader- Warszawa
I am currently recruiting for a Java Team Leader role with one of our prestigious clients, a definite leader in their field.
Requirements:
· University degree in computer science (or equivalent).
· 5 years' of professional experience in delivering high quality software.
· Outstanding skills in Object Oriented Development in Java (Design patterns, MVC, concurrency).
· Knowledge of client-server technologies REST, Spring and Hibernate.
· Skills in algorithm development, database modelling and implementation.
· Strong knowledge in build automation and continuous integration (Maven, Jenkins, Gradle).
· Experience working in Agile methodology (previous Scrum Master experience is advantageous).
· Good English language skills.
Responsibilities:
· Working as a part of an international team as both Tech Leader and Organizational Leader.
· Leading a growing team developing an end-to-end sophisticated IT monitoring and reporting platform.
· Participation in a full development cycle: specification, design, development, testing and release.
