Wymagania

Requirements
  • Masters degree preferably in area of IT technologies.
  • 5+ years of profound work experience in a large multinational environment, ideally in the area of IT Service Management or IT Strategy (Service Delivery or Transition Manager role).
  • Solid working knowledge and experience with ITIL (certifications would be an advantage).
  • Broad technical knowledge of technologies used in service delivery.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Excellent command of both English and Polish (German would be an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication style.
Job description
  • Interfacing with key client stakeholders and take end-to-end responsibility for a transition/service contract.
  • Building and leveraging on long term relation with the client.
  • Ensuring that all the targeted KPIs and SLAs are met in line with the client's expectations as well as the contract.
  • Working closely with our Program Manager and Partner.
  • Taking complete responsibility for people and their performance during transition and later steady state.
  • Applying a coaching model which is a part of Client's learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
  • Ensuring optimization of IT service processes and structures to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Driving the continual service improvement process by developing methods, tools, knowledge and accelerators based on ITIL framework.
  • Cooperating with our global service delivery and transition centers of excellence.
