- providing high level functional and technical support to resolve SAP ERP application issues.
- indentifying, troubleshooting and resolving SAP related incidents, fulfilling service requests and designing/implementing changes.
- ensuring that issues are resolved according to SLA and alternatively escalated to next level to find adequate support to resolve the issue.
- supporting system testing and service transition by:
- regression testing of new dunctionalities to ensure production system stability
- gathering knowledge transfer of new functionalities from external consultants
- supporting change management proces by:
- gathering requirements from Key Users or IT concept owner
- designing, documenting and building new functionalities

-sharing best practices and latest knowledge
- additionaly ABAP specjalist is supporting issue solving by debugging the issues and doing technical programming changes.
