Accountability:
This position is responsible for managing a global team of IT professionals managing
systems configuration.
Knowledge and Background:
University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
Minimum 1 year leadership or team management experience in infrastructure
management or software development;
Process oriented person with working knowledge of ITIL good practices;
Working knowledge of gathering business requirements from different parties
(business units);
Ability to prioritize tasks for a team;
Project management experience preferable with Agile methodologies like Scrum
or/and Kanban;
Software architecture knowledge with experience in re-designing/re-factoring
software;
Knowledge of service management tools like SCCM, SCOM, PUPPET or BMC Atrium
would be a plus;
Fluent English skills.
