Apply if you:
- Have at least 2 years experience in Ruby/Rails
- Have hands-on knowledge of:
- Ruby on Rails
- at least one JS framework (Angular/Ember/React)
- SQL and noSQL
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are able to dissuade client/team from making wrong decisions based on experience
- Have very good command of written and spoken English (B2+) and can easily communicate with our clients in English; Polish is not required
- Quickly find solutions to issues - understand the business side of the project and and are able to find the best balance between client's requirements and technical side of project
- Are able to lead the project independently
- Can write code that writes code (using metaprogramming)
- Can create and modify gems
- Are ready to help Project Managers to manage their project (from the technical perspective)

- Have some dev-ops skills (Docker, Ansible)
- You are an open source contributor
