Lead ETL Developer
Location: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

· Manage the successful delivery of development projects across the full application lifecycle
· Define project delivery phases, activities and milestones
· Create solutions to complex problems.
· Uses own judgment to determine optimal solution to recommend.
· Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
· Provide frequent and effective progress updates to project stakeholders
· Cooperate closely with other teams to ensure proper alignment and coordination across application landscape as decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
· Team Management

Basic qualification:

· Minimum 3 years of experience with design and implementation of data warehouses, management information systems, operational data stores including relational and multi-dimensional data modelling; and esign and implementation of ETL processes;
· Solid knowledge of one or more of the leading RDBMS platforms (e.g.. Oracle, Teradata, DB2, MS SQL Server)
· Excellent command of SQL
· Extensive knowledge of one or more leading ETL tools (e.g. Informatica PowerCenter, IBM Data Stage, Oracle Data Integrator, SAS Data Integration Studio, Business Objects Data Integrator, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services)
· Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to creatively untangle complex issues and develop innovative and efficient solutions within a narrow time frame

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Some management skills would be nice to have
· Ability to easily communicate in English
