Data Quality Control Analyst

Are you a problem solver? Have you got experience with data quality controls? Do you know how to work well within a team to develop and deliver solutions? We're looking for someone like that to:
–Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and trends
–Source data from various systems and people
–Perform data quality checks
–Identify and coordinate the resolution of data quality issues
–Perform User Acceptance Testing to check that changes to upstream systems do not impact production
–Design and develop controls to check the quality of data feeding the models
–Implement data sourcing processes to obtain the required data from upstream providers.
Your team
You'll be working in the Risk Control Operations team in Kraków Business Park. Our role is to manage the effectiveness and integrity of data sourcing for Primary and Enterprise Wide Risks across core platforms and for the production support and operations management of Primary Risk Control owned infrastructure. We help by facilitating and refining the development of future state functional and system architecture. We are reviewing data quality exceptions created in accordance with the guidelines and principles defined in Risk's control framework. The control framework exists to ensure complete, accurate and timely population of data in the Risk Control infrastructure.
Your experience and skills
You have:
–Experience in running data quality controls
–Experience in an Investment Banking, Risk Control function
–Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
–Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
–Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle business pressures You are:
–An effective verbal and written communicator
–A fast learner with the ability to get up to speed quickly with new processes and IT applications/ infrastructure
–Fluent in English
