IT Risk Reporting Specialist

As an IT Risk Reporting Specialist you will be a part of Central Risk Services Team based in Krakow. You will work in a team that provides a wide range of services and reporting for all IT Risk functions in UBS: data gathering and analysis and preparing reports and presentations, hosting meetings for senior stakeholders and many more. Your role will give you a chance to liaise with various business groups within UBS.
Your team
Collecting data from internal and external sources and providing regular and ad-hoc analysis based on partners' needs and expectations,
Data visualisation using MS Excel or MS PowerPoint
Analysing the presented data to identify issues and trends
Interacting regularly with global and senior stakeholders
Identifying, and analysing areas for improvement in current process/service model and communicating them to the senior stakeholders
Working with the stakeholders on implementing the necessary changes and improvements
Stakeholders' requirements analysis
Participating in and/or leading working groups and workshops
Providing secretariat for senior stakeholders' meetings
Your experience and skills
We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, and a flexible approach to adapt to changing business needs, as well as the following requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel
• Very good knowledge of Word, Access and PowerPoint
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Working knowledge of business process modelling will be an asset
• Ability to manage working relationships and ensure the completion of tasks to a high standard
