Key Responsibilities:
- Produce skillfully crafted software
- Thoughtfully analyze and clearly communicate technical recommendations
- Keep up with changes and trends in the industry
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues
- Proactively influence our business (improving our methodology, sales, work environment, etc.)
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in mobile application development in iOS and/or Android
- Strong experience in one of the following languages: Objective-C, Swift, Java
- Good knowledge of iOS and/or Android patterns and design guidelines (and Android support libraries)
- Readiness and interest to learn new technologies
- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching mobile apps
- Good understanding of software development best practices
- Passion for getting things done well
- Fluency in English (our team coordinate tasks and work with customers and partners worldwide. On a daily basis we primarily work in English. Polish is not required).
- Experience or knowledge of any web development tools or programming languages
- Experience/knowledge with API design and at least one of the following backend programming languages: Ruby, Node.js, Python, C#, Groovy, and/or Java
- Experience with developing mobile cross-platform or mobile web apps using technologies such as jQuery Mobile, Titanium, PhoneGap, Xamarin, or Sencha
- Readiness and interest to learn new technologies
